MenuPick (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent UK information website that publishes restaurant menus, prices, recipes and related guides. We are not affiliated with the restaurants listed on this site.

Depending on how you use MenuPick, we may process:
We do not ask for payment details, and we do not create accounts that store a profile on our servers.
If you save menus on MenuPick, that list is stored in your browser using local storage on your device. It does not leave your device unless you choose to share it yourself.
You can clear saved items at any time by removing them in the site, or by clearing your browser’s site data for MenuPick.
When you submit the contact form, we use the details you provide only to understand and respond to your enquiry (for example menu corrections, new restaurant suggestions or partnership requests).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use contact messages for marketing unless you clearly ask us to stay in touch for that purpose.
MenuPick may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for the site to function (for example session or preference storage).
We may use basic analytics in future to understand how pages are used (for example popular cities or menus). If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a choice before non-essential cookies are set.

Restaurant names and content on MenuPick are published for information; that does not mean those restaurants receive your personal data from us.
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up or record-keeping. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting. Local storage on your device remains until you clear it.
If UK data protection law applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal data we hold, and to object to some processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
To exercise a request related to personal data you have sent us, contact us via the contact page and describe what you need. We may ask for enough information to confirm your identity and locate the relevant records.
MenuPick is a general audience website about restaurants and food. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this privacy policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of MenuPick after an update means you should review the revised policy.
